The artist painted this picture in 1943 when she was a Sister of Mercy in Wellington. It gives a full length view of the mother with the baby carried on her back.

The print is laminated on both sides for protection which allows easy fixture and repositioning to a wall using blutack. The lamination on the printed surface has a matte surface which avoids any shiny glare.

Overall size including lamination is 25.5 x 44 cm
